Matt was great with helping me. He was courteous and provided all the information I needed.The gentlemen that came to the home to do the work were professional and did a great job.

Jack Harvey explained the right way the mold needed to be cleaned.  he was right. Keith led the work and also he pointed out work that needed to be addressed on the sub-flooring above me that turned out to be crucially important.  Jack Harvey arranged the timing so we could get started while the weather was still warm and it would not be problem without heat or hot water for a week.  He was responsive to my requests and got the estimate to insurance company promptly.  I was very pleased with the work, the way it was done and the communication with SERVPRO.
