We were contact late on Saturday night about Fire & Water Damage to multiple apartments at a complex in this Audubon NJ.

We were tasked with drying the units below with as little demolition as possible.  

Some of the experienced and creative minds from our office came up with a plan to minimize the damage while drying the structure.  In this video you can see we opened up only a small portion of the ceiling and we are drying the entire ceiling cavity.
