Mold Remediation in Marlton, NJ Office

An excessive build up of condensation during the warm summer and fall months led to microbial growth in the HVAC closet of an office in Marlton NJ.  When the office manager contacted SERVPRO we were able to quickly schedule a Mold Remediation project.  SERVPRO completed the work after hours to not interfere with the day to day operation of the business.  The areas were isolated with containment barriers while we used HEPA filtered negative air machines to scrubber the air of mold spores.  All of the surfaces were first vacuumed HEPA filtered machine to capture mold spores.  The project was completed as planned and the business operation was never disturbed.
